We shoot restaurants, beach clubs and hotel kitchens along the Costa del Sol. The day is half a day and it falls in your quietest service hours: your team works, we shoot. We don't close the room and we don't build a set in the middle of it.
Two things come out of that. Vertical video: the plate being finished, the bar at nine, the hand that cuts. Photography: menu, room, terrace and team. One warm hard source, closed blacks, product in motion. The same standard across both, because the person who shot it is the person who edits it.
Menus change and the content has to change with them. That is why the shoot is monthly rather than a one-off project: in January you shoot the winter menu, in June the terrace at capacity. Between shoots you post last month's material from the calendar we leave you.
We work out of Marbella. We shoot in Puerto Banús, San Pedro, Estepona, Málaga and along the coast. If you run several sites, they get shot the same day.

- Do I have to close the restaurant?
- No. We shoot in your quietest hours with the room open and your team working. Half a day, one light, no cables in the way.
- Do we need a food stylist?
- Not for menu work. The plate leaves your kitchen the way it leaves it for a guest, and it's shot the moment it's plated. If a specific launch calls for one, we talk about it first.
- Who appears in the videos?
- Your team, if they want to. Kitchen, bar and floor work better than an actor. Nobody has to speak to camera.
- How long until delivery?
- Seven days from the shoot. Vertical videos ready to post, edited photos and the month's calendar.
- Do you post for us?
- If you want, yes: we schedule and post every week. If you'd rather, you get the material and the calendar and post yourself.
- What about photos for booking platforms?
- The same photos work for Google, TheFork and your own site. They're delivered horizontal and vertical.
