Aesthetic, dental, hair and wellness clinics in Marbella and along the Costa del Sol. A camera has limits in this sector, and working inside them is part of the job: we don't shoot identifiable patients, we don't shoot procedures that can't be shown, and we don't put anything on screen the clinic can't stand behind in writing.
What we do shoot is what decides a patient before they walk in: the premises, the waiting room, the team at work, the consultation explained by the person who gives it. A doctor explaining a treatment in thirty seconds is worth more than any b-roll, and it's shot in the same half day.
Health content has advertising rules of its own. Pieces are delivered without outcome claims and without before-and-afters, which is what the platforms take down and what the regulation restricts. Where a treatment needs a disclaimer on screen, it ships with one.
We shoot during reduced consultation hours or after closing, whichever the clinic prefers. Based in Marbella; also Málaga, Estepona and Barcelona.

- Can you film patients?
- Only with written informed consent, for the specific use that's signed. By default we work with no identifiable patients.
- Do you do before-and-afters?
- No. Platforms take them down and health advertising rules restrict them. We show the treatment and the practitioner's reasoning, not a promised result.
- Does the clinic have to close?
- It doesn't need to. We shoot during reduced hours or after closing, working zone by zone so nobody crosses paths.
- Who speaks to camera?
- The practitioner who gives the consultation. No acting required: a short script and two takes handles it.
- Can it be used for ads?
- Yes, and it's prepared that way from the shoot: no outcome claims, licence agreed in advance.
- How long until delivery?
- Seven days from the shoot.
